Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

Fees for brokerage services are due at the time services are ordered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Requests

Clients may request cancellation of brokerage services by submitting written notice to info@ohamenu.com

Cancellation of a listing is subject to:

  • The terms of the listing agreement
  • MLS rules and regulations
  • Applicable state real estate laws

Refund Policy

Because brokerage services begin shortly after payment and often involve immediate administrative work, MLS processing, compliance review, marketing preparation, and listing setup, fees may become non-refundable once services have commenced.

Eligible Refunds

A refund may be considered if:

  • Payment was made in error;
  • Duplicate payments were processed; or
  • Listing Agreement is not signed.

Non-Refundable Services

Once any of the following have occurred, fees are generally non-refundable:

  • Listing documents have been reviewed;
  • MLS submission has begun;
  • Listing activation has occurred;
  • Marketing materials have been prepared;
  • Broker consultation services have been provided; or
  • Any portion of the purchased service package has been delivered.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact One Home Advisors, LLC first regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly.
